1. How do I prepare a surface for painting?

Answer:Any surface that you intend to paint should be clean.You need to clean surface with a power washer or scrub with soap and water and follow with a thorough rinsing.When you intend to paint wood, remove loose, flaking or peeling paint by sanding scraping or wire brushing.

3. Do I have to pressure wash my house before painting?
|
|
Answer is Yes & No:We always pressure wash exterior of home before we start painting.In some case we don't need to pressure wash homes because they look OK & clean, but we always do pressure wash with no extra charge just to make sure surface are clean.
